With the automatic, the power figure remains the same but the max torque output decreases to 152Nm. It is available with a 5-speed manual and a CVT type automatic transmission. The Nissan Magnite turbo petrol manual has a mileage of 20kmpl while the automatic claims to deliver a fuel-efficiency figure of 17.7kmpl.

    The Magnite also gets a 1.0 L, 3-cylinder normal petrol engine that makes 72PS of maximum power and 96Nm of peak torque. It is available with a 5-speed manual transmission and returns a mileage of 18.75kmpl.

    • Ford Ecosport produces 122PS of power. It is the most powerful engine in the segment, with 22PS more power than Magnite 1.0L turbo.
    • Mahindra XUV300 produces 200Nm of peak torque. It has the best torque figure in the segment.
    • With a manual transmission, Nissan Magnite has the best fuel-efficiency figure of 20.0kmpl.
    • With automatic transmission, Maruti Suzuki Brezza and Urban Cruiser hybrid petrol have the best fuel-efficiency figure of 18.76kmpl.
