    • Toyota Fortuner diesel MT starts at Rs. 30.67 lakh. There are no other diesel SUVs in this segment with a manual transmission.
    • The Alturas G4 is the most affordable D2-segment diesel SUV with 4X4. It’s Rs. 3.95 lakh cheaper than the Fortuner MT and Rs. 5.74 lakh cheaper than the Fortuner AT.

    Toyota Fortuner diesel automatic also comes with 2 options: 4x2 and 4x4.

    • Toyota Fortuner starts at Rs. 32.53 lakh. Fortuner 4x2 AT costs Rs. 3.84 lakh more than Mahindra Alturas G4's entry-level variant.
    • Fortuner 4x4 AT is priced at Rs. 34.43 lakh and that makes it the most expensive diesel automatic in the D2-segment SUV segment. It’s 1.18 lakh more expensive than the Ford Endeavour Titanium Plus automatic.
