The J (Option) and G (Option) variants, that have been introduced now, come with 3 airbags only, instead of 7 airbags that were offered as standard before. This is the only change in the features department for these variants over J and G.

In the V (Optional) variant, Toyota is offering the Yaris in dual-tone exterior paint scheme. The dual-tone exterior paint options are: red, grey, white and silver, all of which can be had with a black roof.
The Yaris is still offered with the 1.5-litre petrol engine that produces 107PS of maximum power and 140Nm of peak torque. It can be had with either a 6-speed manual transmission or a 7-step CVT. It continues to rival the likes of the Honda City, Hyundai Verna, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Skoda Rapid and Volkswagen Vento.
