The new entry-level models of the F-Type sports car get equipped with the new 2.0 litre petrol mill which has the capability to generate a max power of 300 PS at 5,500 rpm and a top torque of 400 Nm in the range of 1,500 - 4,500 rpm. The engine gets paired to a sophisticated 8 speed automatic transmission. This new engine will be doing duty under the hood of the F-Type along with the existing options of the V6 and V8 mills that power the higher trims.
The new entry-level Jaguar F-Type sports car is capable of reaching the speed level of 100 kmph from a standstill position in just 5.7 seconds, while the car’s top speed has been electronically restricted to 250 kmph.
