As per our internal data, the VXI variant’s added features over the LXI variant justify its incremental cost. Since the VXI variant is priced over the Rs 6 lakh mark, it will attract more tax in some states, and its price difference will be greater with the LXI variant. However, we’d still recommend buying the VXI variant as a basic variant over the base LXI, as it mostly offers all the basic features as factory-fitted.

What Are The Features of Maruti Suzuki Swift Facelift ZXI Variant?

Swift ZXI variant is Rs 63,000 costlier than the VXI.

For its additional features, the incremental cost of Rs 78,000 of the ZXI+ variant is a bit expensive. This is because the ZXI variant offers quite good value. Hence, we would recommend the ZXI variant for most buyers.

We also think that at its price point, the Swift should be offering features like front and rear armrest, which is missing even on its top variant.

Nevertheless, if you wish to buy the top variant of the Swift even by compromising a bit on the value, then the ZXI+ is worth considering.

Maruti Suzuki Swift Facelift Variants - Which Variant To Buy

Now, let’s sum up the variant-wise recommendations on the 2021 Maruti Suzuki Swift. In case of the Swift manual version, the ZXI variant is our top recommendation. If you wish to stick to only an entry-level variant and don’t want to stretch your budget still the ZXI variant, then the VXI variant is for you. The VXI mostly covers the must-have features, while not compromising much on the value.

In case of the Swift AMT version, again our top recommended variant is the ZXI. The top ZXI+ variant will be suitable for you only if you wish to avail features such as cruise control, LED projector headlamps and machined alloy wheels, and don’t mind compromising tad on the value part.
