The 4 diesel-automatic variants of the Kia Carens start at Rs. 17.85 lakh and go up to Rs. 19.45 lakh(ex-showroom). The 4 diesel-automatic variants of the Jeep Compass start at Rs. 29.44 lakh and go up to Rs. 32.67 lakh(ex-showroom).

The Kia Carens is an MPV while the Jeep Compass is an SUV. The Carens is 4540mm long, 1800mm wide and 1708mm tall. The Carens’s wheelbase is 2780mm long. The Compass measures 4405mm long, 1818mm wide and 1640mm tall and has a wheelbase measuring 2636mm. In terms of dimensions, the Kia Carens is considerably larger than the Jeep Compass. So, the Carens will offer a stronger road presence than the Compass.

The Carens has a ground clearance of 190mm while the Compass has a ground clearance of 178mm. The 216-litre boot space of the Carens is 222 litres smaller than that of the Compass.
