Skoda India have announced the variant-wise prices for the 2026 Kushaq facelift. With this update, Skoda have made several features standard across the range and introduced a new 8-speed automatic transmission for the 1L turbo petrol variants.   • Prices for the 2026 Kushaq range from Rs. 10.70 lakh to Rs. 19.0 lakh (ex-showroom), which is an increase of up to Rs. 50,000 over the outgoing model
  • Skoda have discontinued the Classic base model and replaced it with the Classic Plus. The new Classic Plus variant costs Rs. 3,000 more than the old Classic variant
  • The 1L turbo petrol-manual powertrain is available in all variants except the top Monte Carlo trim
  • The 1L turbo petrol-automatic powertrain is available in all variants while the 1.5L turbo petrol-automatic is reserved for the top 2 variants – Prestige and Monte Carlo
  • The Monte Carlo variants are priced at a premium of Rs. 20,000 - 30,000 over the Prestige variants

Bookings for the updated Kushaq are now open across dealerships and online for a token amount of Rs. 15,000, while deliveries are scheduled to begin soon.

What’s New In The 2026 Skoda Kushaq Facelift?

On the outside, the Kushaq facelift gets a refreshed front fascia with redesigned LED headlamps and connected LED DRLs, giving it a more modern and premium appearance. At the rear, Skoda have introduced new LED tail lamps with Skoda lettering, similar to Skoda’s global offerings.

Inside, the updates are more substantial. The Kushaq now features a larger 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, up from the previous 8-inch screen. While the touchscreen infotainment system still measures 10.1-inches, it gets a refreshed user interface to improve usability and visual appeal.

Higher variants also get rear massage seats, powered and ventilated front seats, dual-colour ambient lighting, and a panoramic sunroof, significantly enhancing comfort and perceived luxury.

Standard Features Expanded

Skoda have made several features standard across the range, including:

  • LED headlamps and tail lamps
  • Alloy wheels
  • Sunroof
  • Automatic climate control
  • Auto headlamps and wipers
  • Auto-dimming IRVM
  • Rear wiper and defogger

This move should make the Kushaq facelift a stronger value proposition, especially in lower variants.

2026 Skoda Kushaq Facelift Powertrain Updates Explained

Under the bonnet, the 1L turbo-petrol engine now gets a new 8-speed torque converter automatic, replacing the older 6-speed unit. The same engine continues with a 6-speed manual gearbox, which remains exclusive to the 1L motor.

The 1.5L turbo-petrol engine carries forward unchanged and continues to be paired with the 7-speed DCT automatic. Skoda have confirmed that power and torque outputs remain the same, while all 1.5L turbo petrol variants now benefit from all-disc brakes
