The Kia Carnival 2021 is 5115mm long, 1985mm wide and 1755mm tall. A wider body results in better shoulder room inside the car, while a higher roof makes it easier to get in and out of the car. The 2021 Carnival has a wheelbase of 3060mm. The wheelbase is the distance between the centre of the front and rear wheels. A longer wheelbase usually means better legroom and better stability at high speeds. A shorter wheelbase makes a car very agile and eager to change directions.
The Carnival has a boot space capacity of 540 litres in the 7- and 8-seat variants. The 9-seat variant has lesser boot space because of the 4-row seating configuration. The fuel tank capacity of the Carnival is 60 litres.
The Kia Carnival has a ground clearance of 180 mm, and its higher variants come with 235/60 R18 tyres. A higher ground clearance makes it easier to go over tall speed breakers or drive on broken roads without damaging the cars underbody.
The main rival of the Carnival is Toyota Innova Crysta. Customers with a bigger budget can also consider the Toyota Vellfire as an alternative to the Carnival, although it’s a lot more expensive.
