As far as diesel automatic powertrain is concerned, Tucson's engine offers more torque, so it is expected to offer better driveability compared to Seltos's engine. However, the Seltos diesel automatic has better mileage than 2020 Tucson diesel auto.

The Kia Seltos also has the option of a manual transmission with all three engines. The 2020 Tucson facelift only has an automatic transmission with both the engines.
