Mahindra have dropped a new teaser for their upcoming electric SUV, the XEV 9S, giving us our clearest look yet at the brand’s next flagship EV. The SUV will make its global debut on November 27, 2025, and will be the latest born-electric model to join Mahindra’s INGLO EV platform, which already underpins the XEV 9e and BE 6.

Mahindra have issued an official advisory reassuring customers that all their petrol-powered SUVs are safe to run on E20 fuel (a blend of 20% ethanol and 80% petrol). The automaker has also confirmed that it will honour all warranty commitments related to the use of E20, offering peace of mind to existing and new customers alike.

In a major announcement on Independence Day, Mahindra took the wraps off 4 new concept SUVs, collectively known as the “Vision” series. The concepts, which include the Vision S, Vision T, Vision X, and Vision SXT, showcase Mahindra’s ambitious future product strategy, previewing, what could end up as replacement to the next-generation Bolero Neo and XUV 3XO while also adding to the Thar family.
