9 Features The 2026 Hyundai Venue Gets Over Mahindra XUV 3XO | V3Cars

The B2-SUV segment is heating up once again with the arrival of the 2026 Hyundai Venue, which now comes loaded with a host of premium features and design enhancements. While the Mahindra XUV 3XO continues to impress with its strong performance and safety kit, the new Venue has gained a few segment-first and convenience-oriented features that make it stand out.

9 Features 2026 Hyundai Venue Gets Over Mahindra XUV 3XO

Here’s a closer look at 9 features the Hyundai Venue offers over the Mahindra XUV 3XO:

1. Dual 12.3-inch Curved Displays

The biggest visual change in the cabin of the 2026 Venue is the introduction of dual 12.3-inch screens housed within a curved glass panel. While this setup improves usability and in-car aesthetics, it must be noted that this feature is only available in the top HX 10 variant of the Venue.

In contrast, the XUV 3XO gets smaller 10.25-inch displays for the infotainment system and digital driver’s display. However, both SUVs offer blind view monitoring, which displays a live feed from the ORVM camera when indicating.

2. Rear Window Sunshades

Hyundai have added manual sunshades for the rear windows in the new Venue. This feature helps keep the cabin cool and offers added privacy for rear seat passengers. It’s a small but thoughtful feature that goes a long way in India’s hot climate. The XUV 3XO does not offer this feature in any of its variants.

3. Ventilated Front Seats

The new Venue also offers ventilated front seats, which circulates cool air  through the seat cushions to keep occupants comfortable in warm weather. This feature is still absent on the XUV 3XO, giving the Venue a clear edge in terms of driver and passenger comfort.

4. 4-Way Power Adjustable Driver’s Seat

Venue Powered Driver’s Seat

The 2026 venue continues to offer a power-adjustable driver’s seat, allowing for convenient seat height, recline, and position adjustments at the touch of a button. The XUV 3XO only offers a manually-adjustable driver’s seat.

5. Reclining Rear Seats

The Venue continues to offer a 2-step reclining backrest for the 2nd row passengers. This enhances long-distance comfort by a mile and is a feature that is absent in the XUV 3XO.

6. Side Parking Sensors

Venue Side Parking Sensors

Hyundai has gone a step further in parking assistance by offering side-mounted parking sensors, in addition to the standard front and rear sensors. This makes squeezing into tight spots easier, particularly in urban environments. The XUV 3XO offers only front and rear sensors.

7. Traction Control Modes

Venue Multi-Mode Traction Control

The 2025 Venue offers 3 traction control settings (Snow, Mud, and Sand) which tweak throttle and stability control settings to optimise grip on different surfaces. While both SUVs have multiple drive modes, these additional traction modes give the Venue an extra layer of adaptability.

8. Paddle Shifters

Automatic variants of the Venue come with steering-mounted paddle shifters, letting drivers take manual control of gear shifts without moving their hands from the steering wheel. The XUV 3XO’s automatic versions rely solely on tiptronic-style gear selection.

9. 8-Speaker Bose Sound System

The Venue’s 8-speaker Bose premium audio system delivers an immersive listening experience, featuring a subwoofer and amplifier. The XUV 3XO, meanwhile, offers a 7-speaker Harman Kardon setup. While both sound great, the Venue edges ahead with its extra speaker and finer tuning.
