2026 Hyundai Venue: Top 5 Highlights Of The New Brezza, Nexon & XUV 3XO Rival | V3Cars
Hyundai Motor India have revealed the 2026 Hyundai Venue. Now in its second generation, the new model brings major upgrades in technology, safety, and connectivity, positioning it as one of the most advanced options in its segment. With a completely overhauled interior, ADAS Level 2 capability, and Hyundai’s latest ccNC infotainment system powered by NVIDIA, the 2026 Venue is set to raise the benchmark in the sub-4m SUV segment.
In this article, we take a look at the Top 5 Highlights that make the new Venue a major upgrade over the outgoing model.
1. 2026 Venue Gets A Diesel-Automatic Option
When launched, the 2026 Venue will become the 4th sub-4m SUV in the country to offer a diesel engine with an automatic transmission option. While both the Mahindra XUV 3XO and Tata Nexon diesel are offered with AMT-type automatic transmission, the new Venue will use the same 1.5L diesel engine with a 6-speed torque converter as the Kia Sonet.

2. Dual 12.3-Inch Curved Displays – A Segment-First Setup
One of the biggest visual changes in the 2026 Venue is the new dual 12.3-inch curved panoramic display setup that integrates the infotainment system and digital instrument cluster into a single flowing panel.
This setup replaces the outgoing model’s 8-inch infotainment display and the semi-digital cluster, giving the cabin a more modern and futuristic appeal. The new interface also offers customisable themes, ADAS alerts, drive mode displays and turn-by-turn navigation – a setup previously reserved for larger Hyundai SUVs like the Creta and Tucson.
3. Hyundai SmartSense ADAS Level 2 – Now In The Venue
The 2026 Hyundai Venue offers camera and sensor-based ADAS features over the previous model, which only had a camera-based system. The new Level 2 ADAS suite in the Venue includes 16 advanced driver assistance features such as:
- Forward Collision Avoidance Assist (Car, Pedestrian, Cyclist & Junction Turn)
- Smart Cruise Control with Stop-&-Go traffic assist
- Lane Keep Assist
- Driver Attention Warning
- Parking Collision Avoidance (Rear)
This upgrade puts the Venue on par with segment rivals such as the Mahindra XUV 3XO and 2025 Tata Nexon. Among these, the Nexon recently received ADAS as part of its latest update. The inclusion of Level 2 ADAS should give buyers a much higher level of protection and convenience than before.

4. Over 65 Safety Features – 33 Standard Across All Variants
Hyundai have gone all in on safety with the 2026 Venue. The SUV now offers more than 65 safety features, with 33 offered as standard across all variants. Standard equipment includes:
- 6 airbags
- Electronic Stability Control (ESC)
- Hill-Start Assist
- All 4-disc brakes
- Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS)
- 3-point seatbelts and reminders for all passengers
The Venue’s structure has also been reinforced using 71% high-strength steel, ensuring better crash protection in both frontal and side impacts.
5. Enhanced In-Cabin Comfort And Connectivity
Beyond safety and tech, the 2026 Venue also steps up in convenience and in-cabin experience. New additions include:
- Bose 8-speaker sound system with a next-gen amplifier
- Voice-enabled electric sunroof
- Ventilated front seats
- Electric 4-way driver seat
- Surround View Monitor (SVM)
- Wireless smartphone charger
- In-built JioSaavn app
- 400+ voice commands across 5 languages (English, Hindi, Hinglish, Bengali, Tamil)
Together, these features make the Venue not just smarter but significantly more premium than before. Bookings for the new Venue are now open for Rs. 25,000 via Hyundai’s dealership or Click-to-Buy platform.
