BYD India Hikes Prices Of Select EV Variants By Up To Rs. 1 Lakh

BYD India have announced a price revision across select variants of their electric vehicle lineup. Effective from July 1, 2026, prices of select variants of the Atto 3, Seal and Sealion 7 have increased by between Rs. 50,000 and Rs. 1 lakh. Alongside the price hike, BYD have also expanded the eMAX 7 range with new Comfort variants featuring a larger battery pack.

This marks the Atto 2’s first appearance in the country, hinting at a potential launch in the coming months. Positioned below the Atto 3, the Atto 2 is set to enter the competitive C-segment, challenging rivals like the Hyundai Creta EV, Tata Curvv EV as well as the upcoming Maruti Suzuki e Vitara.
