Isuzu Motors have never been able to catch the limelight in our market. Globally though, Isuzu offer an exhaustive range of new products. Currently, Isuzu India offer two products — the V-Cross pick-up truck and MU-X 3-row SUV. The V-Cross is further offered in multiple commercial and private derivatives. Both the V-Cross and MU-X on sale in our market are the previous generations of both models. We have now learned that Isuzu India have no plans to bring any new-gen products to our market this year.

Isuzu has launched the 2021 BS6 D-Max V-cross in India at starting price of Rs 16.98 lakh. While the updated model looks similar to the older version, it gets a new base-spec Hi-Lander variant, a new BS6 engine and an option of a manual transmission with the 4X4 drive option.

Isuzu has confirmed that the Hi-Lander and D-Max V-Cross will go on sale in India on 10 May 2021. The Hi-Lander is the more affordable of the two models and is targeted towards a semi-commercial segment while the V-Cross is the more premium and targeted towards an urban audience.
