BMW India have opened bookings for the new i5 Long Wheelbase (LWB). The made-in-India electric sedan offers an 81.6kWh battery with up to 669km of MIDC range. BMW will also offer a First Edition limited to 99 customers at launch. Prices are yet to be announced.

BMW have launched the i5 electric sedan in India at a price of Rs. 1.20 crore (ex-showroom). Brought to India via the CBU route, the i5 is only available in 1 variant – the top-spec M60 xDrive.

BMW plan to launch the i5 in a single, fully-specced variant – the M60 xDrive – in limited numbers via the CBU route.
