Kia India Sign MoU With Avis Leasing To Strengthen Lease Program (Press Release) | V3Cars
Kia India have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Avis Leasing to expand their leasing and subscription offerings. The partnership aims to provide flexible, hassle-free mobility solutions and strengthen Kia’s lease ecosystem in India.
Here’s what Kia India have to say about signing the MoU with Avis Leasing:
Kia India today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Avis Leasing, one of the leading auto leasing firms, as part of its Kia Lease Program. This partnership strengthens Kia’s presence in India’s rapidly growing Leasing and Subscription landscape reinforcing its focus on offering flexible, customer-centric mobility solutions while expanding brand accessibility across diverse customer groups.
On the occasion, Mr. Atul Sood, Senior Vice President - Sales & Marketing, Kia India said,
“At Kia India, we recognize the Leasing and Subscription space emerging as an important growth driver in the Indian Auto industry. Our partnership with Avis Leasing reflects our efforts towards strengthening Kia Lease as a scalable platform that addresses evolving customer needs while creating incremental demand beyond traditional ownership. Through such collaborations, we aim to build a strong, sustainable mobility business aligned with our long-term growth strategy in India.”
The partnership with Avis Leasing will deliver robust products and services that allow customers to experience Kia vehicles without the complexities associated with ownership. The Kia Lease program is designed for customers with extended mobility requirements, offering flexible tenures ranging from 36 to 60 months, along with multiple mileage options.
Customers can choose to lease Kia vehicles without any initial down payment, ensuring greater convenience and value for money. The leasing proposition includes maintenance, insurance renewal, and resale-related coverage, thereby delivering a hassle-free ownership experience. At the end of the lease tenure, customers also have the flexibility to return the vehicle or upgrade to a new Kia model, based on their evolving mobility needs.
Kia India launched Kia Lease Program in 2024 with the objective of providing best-in-class leasing and subscription services to the Indian customers aligned with their evolving ownership preferences and long-term mobility needs.
With this partnership, Kia India has now tied up with three leading leasing partners, further solidifying its position in the leasing and subscription ecosystem. Kia India has already signed MoUs with Orix India and Ayvens India (a joint venture between ALD Automotive and LeasePlan).
