Mercedes-Benz India today inaugurated a state-of-the-art luxury sales and service facility, Viva Star, in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The new dealership further strengthens Mercedes-Benz’s presence in Bengaluru and the state of Karnataka, in line with the brand’s ‘Go to Customer’ strategy.

The new luxury facility was inaugurated by Santosh Iyer, Managing Director & CEO, Mercedes-Benz India, and Prasad Deshpande, Managing Director, Mercedes-Benz Viva Star. Operated by Viva Star, the dealership reflects Mercedes-Benz India’s continued commitment to delivering a premium and seamless ownership experience to discerning customers.

Karnataka’s First Mercedes-Maybach Lounge

Viva Star Bengaluru features Karnataka’s first exclusive Mercedes-Maybach Lounge, offering a curated brand experience for top-end customers and luxury car connoisseurs. The lounge introduces a Maybach shop-in-shop concept, supported by dedicated Maybach retail elements through the Maybach Retail Kit.

The Maybach Retail Kit showcases the exclusive manufaktur customization options and offers a white-glove consultation experience. These kits are handmade and engineered in Germany.

Luxury Retail & Service Experience

The Viva Star Bengaluru facility houses a luxury showroom and a modern service centre, supported by curated consultation spaces and a dedicated handover experience. Strategically located in South Bengaluru, the dealership offers high visibility, strong connectivity and proximity to upscale residential areas. The facility was completed in just five months.

The luxury showroom spans 10,400 sq. ft., features six display car positions, a dedicated handover bay, and operates as a 1S and 2S facility. The dealership is supported by a trained workforce of 74 professionals across sales and service.

Service Facility Highlights

The Bengaluru service facility spans 16,600 sq. ft. and is designed to deliver faster turnaround times and personalized care. It features 19 working bays across PMGR, Body & Paint and supporting bays, enabling comprehensive aftersales capability including preventive maintenance, general repairs, and complete body and paint jobs.

Customer convenience is enhanced through an exclusive customer lounge, Express Prime Bay and a dedicated delivery bay. The facility is EV-ready and equipped with an 180 kW EV charger.

Commenting on the inauguration, Prasad Deshpande, Managing Director, Viva Star, said the facility has been designed to deliver a premium customer experience through curated consultation spaces, a dedicated handover process and a modern service setup focused on quality, efficiency and personalized care.
