Renault have officially unveiled the Bridger concept, previewing a new B2-segment SUV that will eventually join the brand’s India lineup. The concept offers a closer look at the design and engineering direction of the upcoming production model, which is expected to launch in India around 2027.

Renault’s sister brand Dacia have unveiled the 2024 Spring EV. The new Spring EV is based on a modified version of the platform that underpins the Renault Kwid made in India. Meanwhile, Renault India are likely to launch the Kwid EV by 2025. However, they are yet to reveal its launch timeline.

The brand showcased the Kwid EV at the 2020 Auto Expo but have not shared any launch timelines for their first EV in India.

Renault has updated its lineup for 2024 and has announced a new Renaulution strategy for the Indian market. Besides the upgraded versions of the current crop of cars, the new game plan includes the introduction of 5 new cars over the next 3 years.

Renault India plan to expand their portfolio in the near future and it is official that the carmaker is investing in 2 new SUVs and an electric car. While Renault haven’t revealed which new cars are headed to India, it's an educated guess that one of these would be the new-gen Duster while the other could be based on the same platform. Renault has had the Arkana – an SUV coupe based on the Duster – in its global lineup since 2019. Hence, the carmaker might just update it along with the Duster, which is set to get a completely new generation. Meanwhile, the new Duster was spotted outside India a few times.

Renault India have announced their annual Monsoon Checkup Camp. The service campaign is active from 17th to the 23th of July 2023. This will benefit Renault cars owners and help them maintain their vehicle during monsoons. It’ll also help them have safe driving in the rains as the vehicle can get back in top shape.
