Hyundai Venue vs Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Price & Specs Comparison
The recently launched Hyundai Venue is available in five variants - E, S, SX, SX+ and SX (O) in the Indian market. The Venue is the first made-in-India connected SUV with some segment first features such as Hyundai's Blue Link connected car technology that uses internet connectivity via an eSIM from Vodafone Idea. The SUV was earlier unveiled in India and since then it had been one of the much-anticipated SUVs in the country.
The SUV in India is also available in seven monotone colors and three dual-tone color options. The colors on offer include; Star Dust, Fiery Red, Polar White, Typhoon Silver, Deep Forest, Lava Orange, and Denim Blue. The dual-tone color combinations are; blue with white roof, white with black roof and orange with black roof.

The Venue is a 5 seater SUV and has a length of 3995 mm, a width of 1770 mm, a height of 1605 mm, a wheelbase of 2500 mm and a ground clearance of 190 mm. however, the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is a 5 seater SUV with a length of 3995 mm, a width of 1790 mm, 1640 mm of height, a wheelbase of 2500 mm and ground clearance of 198 mm. with such measurements, both the SUVs stand almost equal in terms of length, width and wheelbase. On the other hand, the Venue is shorter than the Vitara Brezza and offers less ground clearance too.

The Hyundai Venue is available with a choice of three engine options. The 1.2-liter petrol engine has 81 bhp with 115 Nm and comes with 5-speed manual gearbox. The 1.4-liter diesel engine churns out 88 bhp and 220 Nm, with a 6-speed manual. The Venue also gets a brand new 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol motor with an output of 118 bhp and 172 Nm. It is available with a choice of a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Both the 1.2-liter and 1.4-liter engines are also offered in the Hyundai Elite i20.
On the other hand, the Vitara Brezza is only available with one engine - a 1.3-liter DDiS200 diesel engine that has 88 bhp of maximum power and 200 Nm of peak torque. The engine is offered with a choice of a 5-speed manual transmission and a 5-speed automated manual transmission (AMT) as an option. The Vitara Brezza doesn’t offer any petrol engine.
