  • The Majestor and Gloster are based on the same ladder frame platform. However, the Majestor is 61mm longer, 90mm wider and 9mm taller than the Gloster.
  • Compared to the Fortuner, the Majestor is 251mm longer, 161mm wider and 41mm taller.
  • The Fortuner offers the highest ground clearance among the 3 SUVs here. However, the Majestor can wade through 810mm of water, while the Fortuner has a water wading depth of 700mm.
  • The Majestor and Gloster offer 343 litres of boot space, which is 47 litres more than the Fortuner.
  • With a wheelbase of 2950mm, the MJ Majestor has a 205mm longer wheelbase than the Fortuner. While a longer wheelbase improves straight line stability, improved ride comfort and more cabin space, it reduces the off-road breakover angle. Simply put, it increased the chances of scraping the underbody while off-roading.

Thanks to its larger footprint, the Majestor offers a more imposing road presence than the Fortuner.
