The MG5 is offers a claimed range of up to 403km on a single charge. If you can find a 50kW DC fast charger, the MG5 can replenish its battery from 10% to 80% in just 61 minutes.

MG are not likely to launch the MG5 in India anytime soon. MG are set to bring the Air EV small electric hatchback to our shores in 2023 whereas the launch of the next-gen ZS EV is likely to take place in 2024.
