MG Gloster Latest Update
Update (Jun 3, 2024): MG Motor India have teased the Gloster Desert Storm ahead of its launch on June 4. The new special edition Gloster is likely to be based on the top Savvy variant and come with the more powerful 2.0-litre twin turbo diesel engine and an 8-speed automatic transmission.

The MG Gloster SUV is available with 2 engine-transmission combinations. The ex-showroom prices of the 2024 Gloster start from ₹38.80 lakh for the Sharp variant (Base Model) with the 2.0L turbo diesel engine and 8-speed TC. The range tops out at ₹43.87 lakh (ex-showroom) with the Black Storm 7 S variant (Top Model), which gets 2.0L turbo diesel engine with 8-speed TC. Here are the variant-wise prices below:

MG Gloster Dimension
The 2024 Gloster is 4985mm long, 1926mm wide and 1867mm tall. Bigger exterior dimensions give a car a stronger road presence. The Gloster has a 2950mm long wheelbase. A long wheelbase makes the car more stable at high speeds and gives better legroom in the back seat, while a shorter wheelbase makes the car more agile. The 2024 MG Gloster has a fuel tank capacity of 75 litres and a boot space measuring 343 litres. The Gloster has a ground clearance of 210mm. The tyre size of the 2024 Gloster base model is 255/55 R19 and the top model rides on 255/55 R19 tyres. Cars running on bigger wheels provide better handling and styling. However, these advantages come at the cost of efficiency. Having bigger wheels means more metal and more rotating mass. Therefore, it adversely impacts your drivability, performance and mileage.
