As seen in the table, Honda is not charging any premium for the Exclusive Edition variant. It is priced at par with the donor VX variant. Despite no price premium, the Amaze Exclusive Edition gets additional features like chrome windows lining, chrome garnish on fog lamp and boot lid, suede black seat cover, front armrest, footwell illumination and an Exclusive Edition emblem.
Other features on the Amaze Exclusive Edition remain identical to the top-spec Amaze VX. It gets dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat anchors, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, tilt-adjustable steering, auto AC with rear AC vents, push-button start, power windows, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, day/night IRVM, parking camera and a height-adjustable driver’s seat.
Under the hood, the Amaze is offered with both petrol and diesel engine option. The petrol engine on offer is a 1.2-litre unit making 90PS and 110Nm. The diesel engine, on the other hand, is a 1.5-litre unit making 100PS and 200Nm (80PS/160Nm with automatic). Both the engines are offered with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT.
With no changes in prices, the Amaze continues to rival likes of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, Hyundai Aura, Ford Aspire and the Tata Tigor.
