Tata Motors have revealed the 2025 Altroz facelift ahead of its launch on May 22, 2025. The Altroz, which first went on sale in January 2020, has received a comprehensive cosmetic update and feature revision. Take a closer look at the design, specifications and variant-wise features of the Altroz 2025 below.

2025 Tata Altroz Facelift – Exterior Design
Although the 2025 Altroz facelift maintains its core silhouette, it gets a refreshed exterior design. Key updates include a revised front fascia featuring new twin-pod LED headlights with eyebrow-like LED DRLs. The grille and the bumper receive updates as well, with the latter now featuring a larger air dam and new fog lamp housings.
Around the side, the Altroz facelift features flush door handles, following the latest trend in automotive design. However, the flush door handles need to be manually popped to access.
At the rear, the 2025 Altroz facelift features new LED tail lamps connected by a LED light bar. The rear bumper gets a more aggressive design with a sporty, dual-tone finish. The Altroz facelift also gets new 16-inch alloy wheel designs.
2025 Tata Altroz Facelift – Interior And Features
On the inside, the Altroz facelift gets a revised dashboard design with new, soft-touch materials and new colour options for the upholstery, including a new beige colour scheme. 2025 Tata Altroz Powertrain Options
Tata Motors have retained the current powertrain options for the 2025 Altroz. These include a 1.2L normal petrol, 1.2L turbo petrol, 1.2L CNG, and a 1.5L diesel.
The 1.2L normal petrol engine, which produces 88PS and 115Nm, is offered with a choice of 5-speed manual transmission and a 6-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT). The 1.2L turbo petrol, which is currently limited to the Altroz Racer, produces 120PS of power and 170Nm of torque. It is offered with a 6-speed manual only.
The 1.2L CNG engine produces 74PS of power and 103Nm of torque. It is only available with a 5-speed manual transmission. Tata Motors could offer the 2025 Altroz with the twin CNG cylinder tech as seen in the Tiago CNG and Punch CNG. The 1.5L diesel engine puts out 90PS of power and 200Nm of torque and gets a 5-speed manual transmission.
