VinFast Auto India have officially commenced bookings for the 2025 VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs. Interested buyers can now reserve their VinFast EV for a refundable amount of Rs. 21,000 through either the company’s official website, VinFastAuto.in. This move comes ahead of the official inauguration of 32 VinFast dealerships in 27 cities.
Here’s a quick look at the 2025 Vinfast VF 6 and VF 7:
VinFast VF 6 At A Glance
The VinFast VF 6 is positioned as a C-segment electric SUV, designed to compete directly with models like the Tata Curvv EV, Hyundai Creta Electric and MG ZS EV. It will be offered in 2 variants: Eco and Plus.
- Battery & Range: The VF 6 packs a 59.6 kWh battery pack. This translates to a claimed range of 380km - 399km, depending on the variant, under the WLTP cycle.
- Power Output: The Eco variant is expected to produce around 176PS, while the Plus variant could deliver 203PS and 310Nm of torque.
- Expected Price: The VF 6 is expected to be priced around Rs. 25 lakh (ex-showroom).
VinFast VF 7 At A Glance
The VinFast VF 7 is a D-segment electric SUV, developed in collaboration with Italy’s Torino Design, offering a more premium proposition. Globally, it is available in Eco and Plus variants.
- Battery & Range: Both variants are equipped with a larger 75.3kWh battery, providing an estimated WLTP range of up to 450km.
- Power Output: The Eco variant features front-wheel drive, producing 174PS and 250Nm of peak torque. The more powerful Plus variant comes with all-wheel drive, delivering a substantial 349PS and 500Nm of torque.
- Expected Price: The VF 7 is expected to be priced around Rs. 35 lakh (ex-showroom).
