Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Turbo Showcased At Auto Expo 2020
Hyundai has showcased its Grand i10 Nios turbo hot hatch at the Auto Expo 2020.

The Nios turbo comes with a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine, which makes 100PS of power at 6000rpm and 172Nm of torque between 1500 and 4000rpm. This engine is only available with a 5-speed manual transmission.

Given the power and torque to weight ratio of the Grand i10 Nios turbo, it seems to compete with hot hatches. But, in our SUV-friendly country, most hot hatches have either died or are on the verge. That leaves us with the Nios Turbo as the most potent candidate in the hot hatch field
