Maruti E Vitara Base Model BaaS Price Announced - Rs. 10.99 Lakh | V3Cars
More than 1 year after fully revealing the production version of the E Vitara, at 2025 Auto Expo, Maruti Suzuki have finally revealed the starting price of their first ever electric car. While the full ex-showroom price of the car still remains a mystery, we have the BaaS pricing of the E Vitara and it’s Rs. 10.99 lakh.
Since this is the BaaS price (battery as a service), there’s an additional component of cost, which boils down to Rs. 3.99 per km with an estimated 20km per day of driving. That means another EMI of Rs. 7,200.
Maruti Suzuki have neither confirmed the exact tenure for the secondary battery loan component nor the interest rate on the battery component. We expect it to be around 8 years (similar to MG) and 9%, which is the typical car loan rate for a CIBIL of 800+.
We expect Maruti Suzuki to reveal the variant-wise full upfront ex-showroom prices of the Evitara sometime in the next few weeks. Maruti Suzuki also haven't revealed variant-wise feature list of the Evitara. But, Toyota have confirmed the same for Ebella EV. Judging by the Ebella’s variant wise features, we are fairly confident of the exclusive information we presented on the Evitara’s variant wise feature details more than a year ago. You can go through the same in our E Vitara Variants Explained article below:
