2025 eVX To Get Twin Screen Display And Other Firsts For A Maruti

The Maruti Suzuki eVX, which was displayed in its concept form at the 2023 Auto Expo, will become the brand’s flagship vehicle when launched. When launched, the Maruti eVX will compete with other upcoming C-segment electric SUVs like the Hyundai Creta EV, which was spied recently. We expect Maruti Suzuki to cram the eVX with plenty of tech features to take on its Korean rival, and the latest spy shots confirm the same.

While the interior of the eVX isn’t clearly visible, we could catch glimpses of a twin connected screen that function as the infotainment system and driver’s display. The screens are likely to measure between 10 - 12-inches in size and we expect the infotainment system to offer wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and show vital EV-specific information. Other details that were visible include a rotary drive selector on the centre console and chrome door handles.

On the outside, the heavily camouflaged test mule shares a similar silhouette as the eVX concept SUV. The spy shots reveal the eVX’s projector headlamps with an LED light bar and cameras on the ORVM covers for the 360 surround view system. Even the eVX’s connected tail lamp setup is visible under the camouflage. Another interesting detail seen in the latest spy shot is the rear door handle mounted on the C-pillar, like in the current generation Maruti Suzuki Swift in India. At the rear, the eVX gets a shark fin antenna and a roof mounted spoiler, which give it a sporty look.
