One with a 1.5-litre non-turbo engine and one with a 1.0-litre turbo along with hybrid tech.

The slight difference between the Hyundai and the MG’s take on differentiating the electric SUV. The Hyundai Kona is only available in full electric form. However, MG will also get the petrol engine options of the ZS to compete with the Hyundai Creta. This could make the eZS look like an overpriced version of the Creta rival. Meanwhile, Hyundai doesn’t have the Kona’s cheaper, non-electric versions in India. We can expect the petrol versions of the ZS to launch soon after the eZS’ launch in December 2019.
