In this Q4 2022 Nissan quarterly cars sales analysis article, we’ll look at the car sales of NISSAN for the previous year. We’ll also compare the YoY and QoQ change to find out which NISSAN cars’ sales improved and which ones declined.
Q4 2022 - Nissan Quarterly Car Sales Figures - YoY Change
- Nissan Magnite is the only car that sells in decent numbers for the carmaker and even that saw a decline of 15% in Q4 2022
- The Nissan Kicks was the top loser, with a 47% decline in sales
- Although the Kicks is still listed on Nissan's official website, the Kicks’ consistently poor sales record is worrisome for the carmaker as it has no other car in the portfolio besides Magnite. This puts Nissan in a tough spot, as it would be hard to discontinue the Nissan Kicks as it would have just 1 car to offer in India.

- In terms of QoQ changes, the Magnite suffered the highest decline of 26%
- The low-volume Kicks saw a decline of 13% in Q4 over Q3 of 2022
