    Renault to conduct Car Summer Camp in India

    French carmaker Renault has announced of the initiation of an after-sales service program, named as the ‘Renault Summer Camp’. The Renault Summer Camp will be a nationwide initiative from the car maker in a bid to bolster Renault’s bond with the customers all across India and also to encourage continued brand loyalty. The Renault Summer Camp will be conducted in all Renault Service facilities across the country from 16th of April to 22nd of April, 2018.

    The primary objective of the Renault Summer Camp service camp organizing the service camp is to make sure that all the Renault customers can enjoy optimal performance from their cars. This service camp will be offering a comprehensive car check-up for all Renault models including a free car top wash as per the guidelines mentioned by Renault India to enable a detailed car examination for all the primary functions. Periodical thorough check-ups like these ensure that a car runs smoothly and all the necessary functions are working properly to offer optimal performance.

    As part of this Renault Summer Camp, all the Indian customers of Renault will be able to take advantage of up to 50 percent discount on select accessories, 15 percent discount on a select range of spare parts, labour charges and other value added services. The car manufacturing company will be offering 10 percent discount on ‘Renault Secure’ that offers the convenience and security of Extended Warranty and Road Side Assistance. Moreover, the French car maker will also be offering a special price on the ‘Renault Assured’ to make it easier for the customers with insurance renewal.

    Renault has been trying diligently to strengthen its brand appeal in the Indian car market over the past few years. Apart from launching new car models, the French car maker is focused on improving the after sales services quality across India. In order to win over customer trust factor in India, Renault is constantly trying to offer new schemes and launching attractive initiatives. Very recently, Renault India has launched 4 years or up to 100,000 KM (whichever is earlier) warranty along with roadside assistance on the Renault Kwid entry-level hatchback, which is a category first warranty that is offered by any car maker in India.

    In the Indian car market, Renault first made its mark with the launch of the Duster compact SUV, which became immensely successful, making the Renault brand name instantly established. While Renault’s other models could not do much in India, the Renault Kwid later came becoming a game changer for the French automaker in India. Renault actually made a great bold move with the launch of the Kwid, as the entry-level hatchback market in India is dominated only by the top two car makers in India. The lesser known Renault thus, took on the likes of the Maruti Suzuki Alto and Hyundai Eon with its SUV-ish looking Kwid hatchback and totally won over the hearts of the Indian car buyers. Now, although both the Duster and the Kwid are experiencing a bit sluggish sales, Renault is planning to launch several new cars in India to boost its sales rates.
