Skoda Reopen Bookings For Kodiaq SUV — Deliveries In Q1 2023 | V3Cars

Skoda India have opened bookings for the Kodiaq SUV again. The Czech carmaker has also hiked the prices for the Kodiaq SUV that will come into effect from January 2023. Skoda continue to offer the Kodiaq in 3 variants — Style, Sportline and L&K. The booking amount is set at Rs. 50,000.

Skoda Kodiaq

Skoda launched the Kodiaq facelift in January 2022 and it received an overwhelming response. Skoda managed to sell all the units of the Kodiaq facelift within days from launch. The bookings for the family SUV are now reopened whereas deliveries will begin in the first quarter of 2023. As per rumours, Skoda have allocated 1,200 units of the Kodiaq for India.

Skoda offer the Kodiaw with a 2.0L turbo petrol engine. It produces 190PS of power and 320Nm of torque. The engine comes with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox and 4-wheel-drive. With the facelift, Skoda also added adaptive dampers to the package, which alter the damping force depending on the drive mode.

Other notable features of the Kodiaq include a twin-spoke steering wheel, larger touchscreen infotainment with personal voice assistant, ventilated and heated front seats, panoramic sunroof, triple-zone climate control, ambient lighting, and Canton audio system. The Skoda Kodiaq rivals the Toyota Fortuner, MG Gloster, upcoming Jeep Meridian, and Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace.
