For a deduction of Rs 15,000 compared to the XT variant, the XT(O) misses out on the Harman music system and associated features like a display for parking sensors, Bluetooth connectively, FM and USB. However, it does get 4 speakers and steering mounted controls, in case you plan on getting a music system retrofitted.
Other features on the XT(O) variant remain similar to the XT variant including wheel covers, body-coloured ORVMs, manual day/night IRVM, puncture repair kit, manual AC, tilt-adjustable steering, front and rear power windows, electrically adjustable ORVMs, remote keyless entry, dual front airbags, ABS with EBD and rear parking sensors.
The Tiago is powered by a 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. It makes 86PS and 113Nm mated to a 5-speed MT. The Tiago is also available with a 5-speed AMT but it offered only on the XT, XZ and XZ+ variants.
Tata Tiago takes on likes of the Maruti WagonR, Maruti Celerio, Hyundai Santro and Datsun GO.
