Volkswagen have officially opened bookings for the 2025 Golf GTI today. Deliveries are expected to commence in June 2025 from select VW dealers across India. Bookings for the Golf GTI can be made through Volkswagen India's official website.

2025 Golf GTI To Offer Performance-Oriented Powertrain

The Volkswagen Golf GTI is powered by a 2L turbo petrol engine. This engine delivers 265PS of power and 370Nm of torque. A 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission sends power to the front wheels. The same engine and transmission will also power the upcoming Skoda Octavia vRS. VW claim the Golf GTI can sprint from 0-100kmph in just 5.9 seconds, while top speed is electronically limited to 250kmph.

Volkswagen have also enhanced the Golf GTI’s dynamics with a stiffer suspension setup and upgraded brakes.
