The new sales showroom marks a significant milestone for Mercedes-Benz in Chhattisgarh, featuring Raipur’s first exclusive ‘Maybach Corner’. This underlines the brand’s sharp focus on top-end vehicles and delivering a highly curated luxury customer experience.

Mercedes-Benz India today announced the inauguration of its new luxury sales showroom in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, further strengthening the brand’s presence in the state. The new facility aligns with the company’s strategy of expanding its luxury retail footprint across key Indian markets, bringing world-class experiences closer to customers under its ‘Go to Customer’ approach.

The City Star Raipur showroom has been designed to deliver a refined luxury retail experience, enabling customers to explore the Mercedes-Benz portfolio through a personalized and curated journey. The facility integrates dedicated spaces for top-end vehicles, including the exclusive Maybach Corner, along with private and semi-private consultation areas, curated lifestyle boutique elements, and a dedicated vehicle handover bay supported by a Key Presenter.

Located in Telibandha, Central Raipur, the showroom enjoys high visibility and is situated within a well-established business and commercial hub. It offers strong connectivity and proximity to key residential and commercial zones, catering to a high concentration of existing and prospective luxury customers within a 3 to 5 km radius. The facility was completed within a span of just seven months.

The luxury sales showroom spans a total built-up area of 5,300 sq. ft., including a covered showroom area of 3,500 sq. ft. It features one dedicated delivery bay and is supported by a trained team of approximately 30 professionals, ensuring seamless customer engagement across the sales and delivery journey.

Supporting Mercedes-Benz’s electric mobility portfolio, the Raipur showroom is equipped with a 120 kW DC fast charger with two charging bays, offering convenient and accessible charging solutions for BEV customers.
