Yokohama India has introduced the BluEarth-GT MAX, an upgraded evolution of its popular BluEarth-GT series, engineered to deliver up to 30% higher mileage while maintaining the premium comfort, stability, and fuel efficiency the BluEarth range is known for. The re-engineered touring tyre addresses the growing demand from Indian motorists for longer-lasting, high-performance tyres that excel in both city commutes and highway driving. The BluEarth-GT MAX directly addresses three key concerns Indian drivers face — tyre longevity, cabin noise, and comfort. With up to 30% additional mileage over the previous BluEarth-GT, motorists can expect significant long-term cost savings and a smoother, quieter ride experience.

The new BluEarth-GT MAX is equipped with advanced features that redefine the premium touring experience. Its asymmetric pattern is designed with different inner and outer sides, each crafted for a specific purpose — the inner reinforced shoulder ensures a more comfortable ride, while the outer part with a wider rib provides extra stability, especially while turning or cornering. The blade-cut sipes, narrow at the bottom and wide at the top, enhance the uniformity of ground contact pressure, resulting in improved rigidity, traction, and stability. Meanwhile, the lightning grooves feature a zig-zag design that increases the total edge volume, offering superior grip on the road. These grooves effectively push water away while maintaining rigidity, ensuring a safe and confident drive on both wet and dry roads.
