Team V3Cars drives the Audi Q8 luxury SUV to test its real-world city and highway fuel efficiency using the tank-to-tank method. In this video, we share the Audi Q8 petrol automatic’s tested mileage figures, driving impressions, highway comfort, cabin practicality and overall ownership perspective.
The Audi Q8 is powered by a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-petrol engine producing 340PS of power and 500Nm of torque, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and mild-hybrid tech. We evaluate how efficient this flagship performance SUV is in real Indian driving conditions despite its size, weight and power output. During the city fuel efficiency test, we drove the Q8 in Delhi-NCR traffic with AC on and Comfort mode enabled to find out its real-world mileage in stop-go conditions.
We also discuss the refinement of the V6 engine, transmission behaviour, ride comfort, interior quality, features and overall driving experience. For the highway mileage test, we drove the Audi Q8 on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway to analyse its cruising efficiency, high-speed stability, cabin insulation, suspension setup and long-distance comfort.
