2023 Invicto Expected Engine And Transmission

At a recent press conference, Maruti Suzuki confirmed that the Invicto will feature the same powertrains as the Innova Hycross. Since the Innova Hycross comes with 2 engine options with automatic transmissions only, the Invicto will become the first Maruti Suzuki offering to not offer a manual transmission option.

Even the older premium offerings from Maruti Suzuki, like the Kizashi sedan and Grand Vitara SUV, offered manual transmission options. The Invicto, on the other hand, will only feature a continuously variable transmission (CVT). To know more about the powertrain options of the upcoming Maruti Suzuki Invicto, click the link below.

Will It Be Any Different From Its Toyota Cousin?

While the carmaker is yet to reveal the official images of the Invicto, its spy shots revealed the key exterior design changes over the Innova Hycross. Up front, the Invicto will offer a different design for the radiator grille with a generous use of chrome. Its LED headlights will also offer the three-part LED DRL design, which is now a signature design element for Nexa offerings. A similar three-part LED design will also find its way into the tail light clusters.

In terms of interior changes, we can expect Maruti Suzuki to offer a lighter shade for the seat upholstery and a lighter colour scheme for the dashboard as well. Apart from that, the interior layout and feature set is unlikely to change over that of the Innova Hycross.
