Maruti Suzuki are all set to launch the new generation Dzire in November 2024. The carmaker has sent us a ‘block your date’ invite for the launch of the 2024 Dzire on November 11. The latest version of Maruti Suzuki’s best-selling sedan is expected to feature a distinct design over the Swift hatchback it is based on. The 2024 Swift will also feature the carmaker’s new 1.2L 3-cylinder Z-Series normal petrol and CNG powertrain options. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming Dzire 2024.
2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire Exterior Design
Based on previous spy shots, we expect the all-new Dzire to feature a distinct front fascia compared to the 2024 Swift it is based on. Up front, we expect the Dzire to feature a trapezoidal grille with chrome slats bookended by angular headlamps with LED illumination on the top variants. Expect Maruti Suzuki to offer LED fog lamps on the higher variants as well. Around the side, the new Dzire is expected to share a similar silhouette with the outgoing model. We expect Maruti Suzuki to offer chrome lower window garnishes, a blacked-out B-pillar, and diamond-cut alloy wheels. At the rear, we expect Maruti Suzuki to offer sleek LED tail lamps with arrow-shaped lighting elements, a stubby tailgate, and a shark-fin antenna on the roof.

2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire Interior And Feature Updates
We expect the new Dzire to share its cabin layout and features with the 2024 Dzire. However, we expect Maruti Suzuki to offer the Dzire with a black-and-beige colour theme instead of the black-and-grey finish seen on the Swift.
In terms of features, the new Dzire will offer a sunroof, a 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, automatic climate control, an analogue instrument cluster with a 4.2-inch multi-info display (MID), and more.
2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire Powertrain Options
We expect the new Dzire to launch with the Swift’s new Z-Series 1.2L 3-cylinder normal petrol engine. Transmission options for the normal petrol engine include a 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT. It is unclear if Maruti Suzuki will launch the Dzire CNG on November 11 or at a later date. Here are the expected powertrain specs of the upcoming Dzire:
2024 Maruti Suzuki Dzire Expected Prices And Rivals
We expect the new Dzire 2024 to launch at an introductory starting price of Rs. 6.7 lakh, while the top variant with the automatic transmission could cost around Rs. 9.5 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).
