2026 Kia Seltos Variant-Wise Prices

Kia are offering the 2026 Seltos in a total of 8 variants with 3 engine options and as many as 5 transmission choices, depending on the engine chosen. Here are the variant-wise prices of the 2026 Seltos:

• Prices for the 2026 Seltos range from Rs. 11 lakh to Rs. 20 lakh (ex-showroom).
• Kia are charging a premium of Rs. 1.3 lakh for the convenience of an automatic transmission. 
• The turbo petrol variants are priced at a premium of Rs. 80,000 over the corresponding normal petrol variants.
• The diesel-manual variants are priced at a premium of Rs. 1.6 lakh over the corresponding normal petrol variants and Rs. 80,000 over the turbo petrol variants
• The diesel-automatic variants are priced at a premium of Rs. 1.3 lakh over the corresponding diesel-manual variants. 

Kia Seltos 2026 Design And Dimensions

Kia have announced that the new Seltos 2026 is bigger than its predecessor. Here’s a look at how it compares against the outgoing model:

• The second generation Seltos 2026 is 95mm longer and 30mm wider than its predecessor. It also offers an 80mm longer wheelbase than before, which should translate to a more spacious cabin,
• Kia are yet to reveal the height and ground clearance of the new Seltos.
• Boot space has improved by 14 litres.

In terms of styling, the 2026 Seltos offers an upright front end with Kia’s signature ‘Digital Tiger Nose’ grille flanked by LED DRLs and Ice Cube LED headlamps. The bumper features a faux skid plate, a large air dam and LED fog lamps.

Around the side, the new Seltos offers automatic flush door handles, painted body cladding and green painted brake calipers. The second-gen SUV rides on 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. At the rear, it gets a shark fin antenna and a roof spoiler that hides the rear wiper underneath it. It also offers vertically stacked LED taillamps with a horizontal connecting element that is only broken up by the Kia logo and rear parking camera.

Kia have confirmed that the Seltos 2026 will be offered in 10 monotone colour options, including 2 new colours – Magma Red (deep red) and Morning Haze (pale white).

Apart from the new styling and lighting elements on the outside, the new Seltos 2026 offers a much improved cabin than its predecessor. Inside the cabin, passengers are greeted by a a 30-inch panoramic display that consists of a 5-inch touchscreen AC control display sandwiched by 12.3-inch screens on either side that serve as the digital instrument cluster and touchscreen infotainment system. 2026 Kia Seltos Powertrain Options

As expected, Kia have retained the outgoing Seltos’ engine options for the new model. These include a 1.5L normal petrol, a 1.5L turbo petrol, and a 1.5L turbo diesel engine. They are offered with manual, automated manual and automatic transmission options. Here are their specifications:

• All engine options continue to produce the same power and torque output as the outgoing Seltos.
• All engine options retain the same transmission options as the outgoing model.

2026 Kia Seltos Delivery Timeline And Rivals

Deliveries of the second-generation Kia SUV will begin in mid-January 2026. The new Kia Seltos renews its rivalry with the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, MG Astor, Honda Elevate, Skoda Kushaq and the Volkswagen Taigun. Additionally, it will also take on newly-launched SUVs such as the Maruti Suzuki Victoris and the new Tata Sierra.
