JSW MG Motor India have officially revealed the 2026 Majestor, a new flagship SUV positioned above the Gloster. Based on the Gloster’s platform but featuring a more premium design and additional features, the Majestor is targeted at buyers looking for a large, tech-loaded, D-segment SUV.
Bookings for the MG Majestor are now open for Rs. 41,000, with prices set to be announced in April 2026. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in May 2026.
2026 MG Majestor Variants
The Majestor will be offered in the following variants:
- Sharp 4x2
- Savvy 4x2
- Savvy 4x4
- Buyers can choose between 6- and 7-seater configurations depending on the variant.
MG Majestor Exterior Design
MG claim the Majestor is the tallest, widest and longest SUV in its segment. Key exterior highlights include:
- LED DRLs with tri-beam LED headlamps
- Connected LED tail lamps
- 19-inch alloy wheels (largest in segment)
The SUV retains the Gloster’s overall proportions but differentiates itself with more premium styling elements.

Inside, the Majestor offers a black leather-upholstered cabin with a focus on comfort and luxury. Key interior features include:

- Fully digital instrument cluster

The Savvy 4x4 variant offers off-road hardware, including:

- Triple differential lock (front, centre and rear)

Expected Price & Rivals
While prices will be announced in April 2026, the Majestor is expected to be positioned above the Gloster, which is currently priced between Rs. 38.33 lakh and Rs. 43.17 lakh (ex-showroom).
When launched, the Majestor will rival the Toyota Fortuner, Skoda Kodiaq and the Isuzu MU-X.
