Chevrolet stopped selling their vehicles in India in 2017. Even 5 years after shutting their sales operation in the country, Chevrolet continue their customer support services in India. In their latest statement, the carmaker has committed to continue customer support till 2024 and beyond.

Chevrolet said that they are taking care of their Indian customers through a dedicated team responsible for overseeing a service network, training centre, and warehousing and logistics operation to make genuine parts available to customers.

Chevrolet said that they have maintained a network of authorised service operations with over 170 customer touchpoints in India. Customers can also buy genuine parts, such as batteries, lube and others from these centres.
Chevrolet also appeal to their customers to get their vehicles inspected free of charge at the nearest Chevrolet authorised service operations for open recall campaigns. This includes the Cruze Takata airbag safety recall from last year. Customers can check for any recall on their vehicles at www.chevrolet.co.in/owners-area/recall.
