According to a recent report, Citroen C3 is about to get some safety features as standard. The image, which looks legit by the way, suggests that the C3 will get tyre pressure sensors (TPMS), electronic stability control (ESC) and hill start assist (HSA) as standard features.

Reviewers and customers alike have talked enough about the lack of several must-have features in the C3. Citroen recently addressed this issue to some extent with the addition of the new Shine top variant. It offers the following features over the lower Feel trim:

We believe that a day/night inside mirror is a basic safety feature, which should also come as standard. The lack of a tachometer also makes the C3 feel quite basic. Considering that the C3 turbo accelerates and handles quite well, we were surprised to find out that even with the more powerful engine, the C3 doesn't get a RPM metre.
