In this December 2023 Tata car sales analysis article, we’ll look at the car sales of Tata Motors for the last month. - Safari (D1 - SUV): Safari experienced the highest YoY growth among Tata models, with a remarkable increase of 40.01%. The model sold 2,103 units in December 2023, up from 1,502 units in December 2022. This substantial growth indicates a positive response to the SUV in the market.
- Nexon (B2 - SUV): Nexon, a popular SUV model, showed significant YoY growth with a percentage change of 26.81%. The model sold 15,284 units in December 2023, compared to 12,053 units in December 2022. This growth suggests sustained demand for the Nexon in the SUV segment.
- Punch (B1 - SUV): Punch exhibited a notable YoY increase of 30.24%, selling 13,787 units in December 2023 compared to 10,586 units in December 2022. The positive reception of Punch in the SUV category contributed to this growth.

Top Losers (YoY):
- Tigor (B2 - Sedan): Tigor faced the most significant YoY decline among Tata models, with a substantial decrease of -46.58%. The sedan sold 1,960 units in December 2023, down from 3,669 units in December 2022. Factors such as market dynamics or consumer preferences may have contributed to this decline.
- Harrier (C2 - SUV): Harrier experienced a considerable YoY decrease of -34.02%, selling 1,404 units in December 2023 compared to 2,128 units in December 2022. This decline could be attributed to various factors impacting the SUV market or specific challenges faced by the Harrier model.

- Harrier (C2 - SUV): Harrier faced the most significant MoM decline among Tata models, with a notable decrease of -39.64%. The SUV sold 1,404 units in December, down from 2,326 units in November 2023. Various factors, including market dynamics or specific challenges faced by the Harrier model, might have contributed to this decline.
- Punch (B1 - SUV): Punch exhibited a MoM decline of -4.14%, selling 13,787 units in December compared to 14,383 units in November 2023. While the decrease is moderate, it suggests a slight dip in demand for Punch in the SUV category.
