Hyundai recently removed the prices of some variants of the Grand i10 hatchback. The petrol automatic option and all diesel variants are out of the list now. The Grand i10 is now available only in Magna and Sportz variants as Era (base variant) and Asta (top variant) are no longer available. A CNG option is still available in the Sportz variant.
Since Grand i10 Asta is no longer available, even buying the top-spec Grand i10 won't get you the following features:
Keyless entry and push-button start/stop
Chrome outside door handles
Leather-wrapped steering wheels
5-inch touchscreen infotainment system (earlier available in Magna petrol AT)
Rear washer and wiper
Height adjustable driver seat
Adjustable rear headrests
These features were earlier part of the now-discontinued Grand i10 Asta. The Grand i10 Sportz is priced at Rs 6.14 lakh with the petrol engine and Rs. 6.5 lakh with CNG + petrol engine. The discontinued Asta 1.2 variant of the Grand i10 with 1.2-litre petrol engine was earlier priced at Rs. 6.67 lakh.
The Grand i10 Nios, (priced between Rs 5.0 lakh and Rs 8.0 lakh) is another option for prospective Grand i10 customers considering an automatic or diesel hatchback. The Nios gets an AMT-type 5-speed automatic transmission. It’s more affordable and fuel-efficient than the torque converter type 4-speed automatic of the Grand i10. The Nios is available with a diesel engine as well. It gets the same 1.2-litre 3-cylinder engine that was available with the Grand i10.
