The 2026 Maruti Brezza has secured a 5-star safety rating in the latest Bharat NCAP crash tests, ahead of its official launch tomorrow. The popular Maruti SUV scored 30.41 out of 32 points for Adult Occupant Protection (AOP) and 43 out of 49 points for Child Adult Occupant Protection (COP). The crash test rating applies to all variants of the updated Brezza, including the new turbo petrol variants.

Bharat NCAP tested the ZXI Plus variant of the Brezza facelift equipped with the 1.5L normal petrol engine and 6-speed automatic. However, the safety rating is valid across the entire variant lineup.

The Brezza scored 14.41 out of 16 points in the frontal offset deformable barrier test and a perfect 16 out of 16 points in the side movable deformable barrier test.
