    Hyundai Organizes Nation Wide 25th Free Car Care Clinic

    Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) has organized the 25th edition of its ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ in the country. The campaign is being held since December 19 and will continue till December 25. Hyundai car owners can avail many benefits by visiting over 1300 service points of the carmaker across the country.

    Speaking at the commencement of the campaign, Hyundai India’s MD and CEO, Mr YK Koo said, “Being a Customer Centric and a Caring Brand, Hyundai has always laid a strong emphasis on unique service initiatives. These efforts have made us achieve Number 1 Rank in JD Power 2017 India Customer Service Index (Mass Market) study with a score of 923 making a strong “Service Brand Image” within customers. The 25th Free Car Care Clinic is a step further to make Hyundai ownership a delightful experience.’’

    Under this initiative, Hyundai will offer benefits as per the vehicle age to cater to the requirements of different customers along with the 90point car check-up with examination of the engine, transmission, electrical system, under-body, AC, exterior etc, Up to 10% discount on Mechanical parts, 20% discount on labour (for up to 2 years old vehicles), Up to 25% discount on extended warranty for Creta and up to 20% discount on VAS products.


    However, customers who can’t visit an authorized service station for the regular servicing of their car and rely on other third party workshops, this car care clinic is a good opportunity to get the car’s details such as odometer reading updated in Hyundai’s database. These details can help the customers further as a proof of their car’s running, which might help at the time of selling the car.

    These programs present a good opportunity for buyers to get their cars checked from manufacturer authorized service stations. The frequent check-ups ensure cutting of the extra maintenance cost of the cars. One thing to keep in notice is that the program only offers free vehicle check-ups and not free spare parts and fitments.


    Last month in November, Hyundai rolled out the second iteration of the #BeTheBetterGuy road safety campaign as well as organized the 24th edition of the ‘Free Car Care Clinic’ in March earlier in 2017. Also, in the recently conducted JD Power survey, the carmaker also topped the after-sales customer satisfaction index. Apart from these, Hyundai is preparing to launch the facelift models of the Creta and the Elite i20 next year.
