Mahindra BE 6 Formula E Edition Launched At Rs. 23.69 Lakh | V3Cars
Mahindra have officially launched the BE 6 Formula E Edition in India, making it the world’s first production SUV inspired directly by Formula E racing. The BE 6 Formula E Edition builds on Mahindra’s long motorsport history, celebrating their Formula E success and packaging motorsport culture into an urban electric SUV.
A Formula E-Inspired SUV For The Road
Mahindra say the BE 6 already felt “like a racing cockpit” to customers, and the Formula E Edition amplifies that sensation with bespoke design elements and special-edition branding. While the overall silhouette remains unchanged, the Formula E variant gets new bumpers, motorsport graphics, and an exclusive interior theme.

This special edition is available in 2 variants:

2026 Mahindra BE 6 Formula E Edition Exterior Design
The BE 6 Formula E Edition gets several cosmetic enhancements over the standard model:
Key Exterior Highlights:
- Aggressive new front bumper with circular projector lamps and gloss-black bezel
- Firestorm Orange accents across the bodywork
- Four exterior colours: Everest White, Firestorm Orange, Tango Red, Stealth Black
- 20-inch alloy wheels for the FE3 (FE2 retains 19-inch wheels)
- Dark-tinted Formula E–themed alloy finish
- Firestorm Orange brake callipers
- Formula E–specific graphics, decals, and roof artwork
- 12-stripe graphic on the roof and bonnet symbolising Mahindra’s 12 years in Formula E
- “Mahindra Formula E” ceramic branding on the windshield
- Night trail carpet lamps and FIA insignia placement
- Liquid metal–finished skid plates and lower cladding

These additions give the BE 6 Formula E Edition a significantly more aggressive and motorsport-inspired stance than the standard EV.
2026 Mahindra BE 6 Formula Edition Interior Design
Inside, the BE 6 Formula E Edition builds upon the standard model’s dual-screen setup and futuristic cabin layout but adds unique touches to underline the motorsport theme.
Interior Enhancements Include:
- Firestorm Orange cabin theme with contrasting black elements
- FIA × Formula E Edition plaque
- Formula E logos on the dashboard and seats
- FIA-branded seatbelts
- Orange accents on steering wheel, EPB, in-touch controller, and start/stop button
- Racecar-style start/stop flap cover
- Translucent door inserts
- Formula E–inspired startup animation and synthesised driving sounds

The FE3 variant enhances the premium quotient further with adaptive suspension.
Features: Based On The Top-Spec Pack Three Variant
The Formula E Edition carries over all the high-end features from the top-spec BE 6 variant, including:
- Twin 12.3-inch screens
- Wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay
- 2 wireless charging pads
- Harman Kardon sound system
- Cooled front armrest console
- ADAS Level-2 features
- 360-degree camera
