Mahindra have expanded their aftersales presence in Delhi-NCR with the introduction of dedicated electric mobile service vans (eVans) and the inauguration of 5 new service touchpoints in the region. The move aims to improve convenience and reduce service turnaround time for customers, especially owners of the XEV 9e, XEV 9S and the BE 6.

Mahindra have deployed electric service cans to cater to EV customers at their doorstep. These mobile units are designed to handle routine maintenance as well as minor repairs without requiring customers to visit a service centre.
Each eVan comes fitted with essential tools and equipment, including a hydraulic scissor lift, wheel balancer, onboard battery pack with charger and car care equipment. The service will cover periodic maintenance, basic repairs and vehicle washing. Mahindra have also indicated plans to introduce similar eVans in other major cities in the near future.
In addition to the mobile service rollout, Mahindra have strengthened their physical network by opening 5 new service centres across Delhi-NCR. Together, these facilities add the equivalent of 70 working bays, helping increase service capacity and reduce waiting periods. The new centres will cater to Mahindra’s SUV range and commercial vehicles.
