While the XEV 9e currently comes with Rear-Wheel Drive (RWD), Mahindra have confirmed that AWD versions are planned for the future. This means the competition in the electric SUV space, especially between Indian carmakers like Mahindra and Tata, is getting even more intense, which is great news for buyers looking for more advanced features and options.

The Mahindra BE 6 is priced from Rs. 18.90 lakh to Rs. 26.90 lakh, while the Mahindra XEV 9e ranges from Rs. 21.90 lakh to Rs. 30.50 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).
